Well what if i told you it wasn't a diet?


It’s simple math


Think of going to the bank. You have $2,000 in the bank. You take out $700. You now have $1,300.


It's the same with macros.


Let's say based on your activity level and goals excc (because everyone is different) you have 200 carbs you should be consuming daily.


Then , if you're like me, you get a boston creme donut and that is 39 grams of carbs.


You now have 161 grams of carbs left for the day.


Yes, it is that simple.


So does that mean you can get the burger AND fries when you have no time to cook and you take the kids through the drive thru!?


HECK YEAH.
